Pour ce cheesecake j 'ai utilisé ce fromage pour la pâte et ces biscuits pour la croûte.
Croûte : 12 biscuits digestive, 1 verre de noix , 100g de beurre fondu. écrasez les biscuits et les noix. Mélangez au beurre fondu et tapissez le fond d un moule réservez au frais 1 quart d' heure(étape importante)
Pâte : 1 pot de cream cheese de 240 g + 8 vaches qui rit, 4 yaourts nature , 4 oeufs , 1 verre de sucre , 2 cuillères à soupe de farine de mais , le jus d'une orange. mixez ou battre le tout énergiquement et versez sur la croûte mettre à chauffez au four 1 heure.Laissez refroidir dans le four encore chaud une fois refroidi placez au frais toute la nuit (étape importante).
Coulis de pruneaux : 15 pruneaux, le jus de 2 oranges, 4 cuillères à soupe de sucre, 1 fond d'eau, faire chauffez le tout dans une casserole quelques minutes ,laissez refroidir et dénoyauté les pruneaux avant de les passez au mixer, étalez sur le cheese.
